- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare management or marketing, preferably in home care.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation.
- Establishes systems for consistent marketing and implements marketing initiatives to meet agency business development goals.
- Visit, revisit, inform and educate network referral sources on a weekly schedule.
- Conduct educational presentations/information sessions to groups to raise awareness.
- Assist agency in developing, managing, and maintaining referral relationships.
- Acknowledge all network referral source contacts with appropriate correspondence.
- Continually research and identify sources for client referrals.
- Maintain records & provide reports on business development activities and progress reports.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Agency’s markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors
- Develops and maintains information on available community resources and assists customers and staff in accessing services or information.
- Participates in the Agency evaluation in areas of marketing, program development, growth, and expansion.
- Works collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community.
- Participate in internal and external professional development activities as appropriate.
- Other activities as directed.
