Your Responsibilities:
● Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
● Provide companionship and emotional support
● Administer medication under supervision
● Monitor and record vital signs
● Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
● Drive clients to appointments and outings
● Safely lift and transfer clients
● Support hospice care services

What We’re Looking For:
● A driving caregiver with a valid driver’s license & clean record
● Own a reliable vehicle (some clients may be outside usual routes)
● Experience in elder care or patient support
● Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
● Knowledge of patient care & emergency response
● Familiarity with social work principles
